Every Hello Deco order is hand-packed in Marrakech and shipped worldwide by trusted partners. Small pieces travel by air; rugs and furniture by sea-and-road, fully insured.
Free standard delivery on orders over MAD 1,500 within Morocco, and on orders over €450 / £400 / $500 internationally. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 working days within Morocco and 7–14 working days internationally.
Heritage pieces and large furniture are shipped on a dedicated schedule — we will write to you with a precise delivery window once your order is placed.
Outside Morocco.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, charged on arrival by the local carrier. We list the value of the goods accurately on every shipment and cannot mark parcels as gifts.
We watch every parcel.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. If a parcel goes quiet, write to us — we trace every shipment personally and resolve issues with the carrier directly.
