Terms & Conditions of Sale
These terms govern sales made on hellodeco.com.
1. Products & prices: prices are shown in Moroccan dirham (MAD), inclusive of applicable taxes. Photographs are non-contractual. HELLO DECO may change prices at any time; orders are billed at the rate in force at the time of purchase.
2. Orders: any order implies acceptance of product prices and descriptions. An order confirmation is sent by email.
3. Payment: payment is made at the time of order via the methods offered on the site. Orders are processed after payment validation.
4. Delivery: lead times and fees are detailed on the Shipping page. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery of the parcel.
5. Withdrawal & returns: you have thirty (30) days to return a non-personalised, non-heritage item. See the Returns page.
6. Governing law: these terms are governed by Moroccan law; failing amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of Marrakech.
