Thirty days, no fuss.
If a piece is not what you hoped for, return it within thirty days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Heritage pieces, custom orders and gift cards are non-returnable.
To begin a return, write to returns@hellodeco.co with your order number and a brief note. We will respond within one working day with a return label and packing instructions.
Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of receiving the return.
Damaged on arrival
We make it right.
In the rare event a piece arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and the item and write to us within seven days. We will replace the piece at no cost, or refund you in full — your choice.
