How long will my order take to arrive?
Within Morocco, standard delivery takes 5–7 working days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days. Heritage and large furniture pieces ship on a dedicated schedule — we will write to you with a precise window once your order is placed.
Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
Yes — you have thirty days from delivery to return any non-heritage, non-custom piece for a full refund. Write to returns@hellodeco.co and we will send you a return label within a working day.
How should I clean my rug / candle / brass piece?
Our Care Guide covers every category in detail. For a specific piece, write to us with the product name and we will send guidance from the artisan who made it.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, with pleasure. We accept a small number of custom commissions each season — rugs in bespoke dimensions, candles in private scents, and one-off furniture pieces. Write to atelier@hellodeco.co with your project.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do not operate a traditional wholesale program, but we do work with a small number of trade partners through our Trade Program — designers, architects and select retailers. Read more on the Trade page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and bank transfer for orders above MAD 10,000. All prices are listed in Moroccan dirham (MAD) and converted at checkout.
Can I visit the Marrakech atelier?
Yes — we welcome a small number of visitors each week, by appointment. Write to atelier@hellodeco.co with the dates you would like to visit, and we will arrange a private viewing.
Are your pieces authentic, handmade items?
Every piece in the maison is made by hand in Morocco, by named artisans, in workshops we know personally. We do not relabel, we do not industrialise, and we do not pretend.
